RC Model Pro Shipping and Returns

FREE Shipping on all orders of $50 or more to the continental United States!

For all other orders, we offer a low-cost, no-hassle flat fee shipping rate of just $4.95 for the first item, and then just $1.50 for each additional item. You won't find another deal this good in the realm of RC models.

2-day air shipping is also available, depending on size and weight. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii that contain full RC models, this shipping type is required. If it is just a parts shipment, then USPS is used.

We do offer shipments to United States Armed Forces base locations, however we must charge a $17.95 flat shipping/handling fee, plus $4.95 for each item. We make no guarantee in these cases of shipping times, but will do our best to provide you with an accurate estimate. These are shipped USPS Priority Mail, and so they will typically reach a destination in 7-15 days.

International Shipping

We currently ship only to Canada internationally. The flat rate for international shipping and handling is $9.95 plus $1.95 for each item for packages 13 ounces or less (parts orders predominantly) and $39.95 plus 4.95 for each item over 13 ounces, sent USPS.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you would like to return your purchase, just contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will issue you an RMA number and address to ship it back to.

DO NOT ship it back to us before receiving an RMA number. Anything without an RMA number is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All returned merchandise must be unopened, unused, and in it's original packaging. If we determine that a returned product has been opened/used, the product falls outside of our returns policy, and we reserve the right to deduct a loss percentage up to and including the full purchase price of the product.

In regards to product that is defective, you must contact the respective manufacturer of that product.
