Battery Chargers

What good is a battery without a charger?

There are almost as many types of chargers as there are actual batteries out there, so this should help you narrow down exactly what you need.

Peak Charger

The best type of charger to get is a peak charger. Using an internal voltage sensor, it determines when your battery reaches it's peak capacity, and cuts off. This prevents overcharging, which can weaken the battery cells and shorten the battery life considerably. A peak charger is a good way to get the most out of your batteries and help them last longer.

Timed Charger

A timed charger is a good way to charge your batteries on a budget while preserving their life. It will cut off after a predetermined time. This is a must for LiPo batteries, which can be dangerous if left on a charger for too long.

AC Charger

The minimum you need. This will charge a battery as long as it's plugged into a wall. When using these, it's good to keep close supervision as charging any battery too long can be dangerous. And never leave a battery charging overnight with a regular charger like this.

And remember that LiPo batteries require special chargers.

However, for a charger that handles EVERY battery and connector type, try the Venom Pro Charger.
